Purposes and legal basis
- Contact form: answering your enquiry and preparing the requested quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
- Appointment booking: managing your requested appointment (date, time and place) and sending confirmation and reminders. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
- Web analytics: aggregated usage statistics (Google Analytics with anonymised IP), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Recipients
Data is processed with the help of providers acting as processors: Netlify (site hosting and form handling), Cal.com (appointment management), Google (calendar and analytics) and our internal customer management system. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legal periods that apply to the commercial relationship.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@grupomoio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
3. Support via WhatsApp, email and Instagram · automated assistant
We handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp (+34 624 240 281), email (pedidos@grupomoio.com) and Instagram Direct (@grupomoio). Messages received through these channels are stored in our internal customer management system (CRM) so that every request can be followed up.
Data processed in these channels
Only what the customer provides: name or channel username, phone number, email or Instagram handle, the content of the conversation and any files sent (photos of the space, measurements, plans), plus project data (measurements, materials, delivery or installation address, amounts and payment status).
Automated assistant (AI)
An automated assistant based on artificial intelligence may read the incoming message in order to classify it and draft answers to frequently asked questions (manufacturing lead times, materials, delivery area, quotation process) or to hand the conversation over to a member of our team. The AI model provider is Anthropic, acting as a data processor and using the data solely to generate the reply.
The assistant does not make decisions with legal effects concerning the customer: quotations, contracts and payments are always confirmed by a person. Any customer may request in the conversation itself to be assisted only by a human.
Data processors
Meta Platforms (transport of WhatsApp and Instagram messages), Google Workspace (corporate email), Anthropic (AI model) and OVH (CRM server, data centre in the European Union). We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention and deletion
Conversations and project data are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the periods required by tax and warranty regulations (up to 6 years for accounting records; 3-year furniture warranty and 5 years for hardware). Media files from conversations are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Data deletion request: write to pedidos@grupomoio.com stating the channel you contacted us through (phone, email or Instagram handle). We will delete the conversation and associated data within one month at the latest, except for data we are legally required to retain, and will inform you of the outcome.
